Σ (The SUM)

Amassed from multiple vineyard blocks and clones, this wine has an explosion of flavor like mortar fireworks. Expressing Autumn, the 2023 Σ (The Sum) leads with brown sugar, noble fir, fava beans and chocolate covered raspberries on the nose, with incredible density of lightly roasted coffee beans, orange marmalade, delicata squash and marionberry on the finish. 50% whole-cluster fermentation bolsters the wine, sustaining the tannic imprint with crackling texture on the finish.
