February Sparkling Wine Showcase

Throughout the month of February, we are honored to participate in a special Willamette Valley celebration of sparkling wine, presented in partnership with fellow local producers. At Gran Moraine, we will be featuring a curated selection of our finest sparkling wines, including our Brut Rosé, Extended Tirage Brut Rosé, and Vintage Blanc de Blancs.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite small bites crafted by Chef Joey Gibson of Parallel PDX, creating a refined tasting experience that highlights the harmony between exceptional cuisine and elegant sparkling wine.

A Bougie Truffle Tromp

Hosted by Black Tie Tours, this curated experience brings together truffles and Pinot Noir against the backdrop of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.
Your day begins with pickup in Downtown Newberg, where Black Tie Tours will transport you in comfort to a local truffle forest. There, you’ll meet an expert truffle hunting team and winemaker Shane Moore. You will learn the basics of truffles and the art of the hunt from Stefan, a seasoned guide. Then, it’s time to head into the woods - where the magic happens!
After the hunt, enjoy a fireside lunch prepared by a master local chef in a covered setting and paired with Gran Moraine wines. Weather permitting, the chef will cook over an open flame, crafting dishes with fresh, local ingredients and incorporating the truffles we’ve just unearthed.
This is a group experience designed for connection and discovery. Groups are limited to 10 guests to ensure an intimate and memorable day.
