Yamhill-Carlton Brut Rosé

Oregon Sparkling Wine has entered the chat. Winemaker Shane Moore uses some of the Willamette Valley's finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to craft his traditional method sparkling brut rosé. This single-vineyard bubbly features fine, delicate bubbles, racy acidity, and flavors of lemon, raspberry, brioche and subtle spice. It's as close to Champagne as you can get without dusting off your passport and crossing the pond.
